- Failure to establish individuality of an active account will result in closure of the account and forfeiture of the winning.

- Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Decode Casino will not report the wagering history of any member.

- Source of funds and source of wealth might be required at a later stage. Also, players might be required to provide proof of how they fund e-wallet.
- Pay-outs are only allowed to accounts controlled and owned by the gaming account holder.
- All cash-outs will be subject to audit before being processed. - Decode Casino reserves the right to cancel a player’s membership at any time without notice. Any balance in your account will be immediately credited back to your personal account. - If there is evidence to suggest that a player has more than one active account for the Casino.
